Max Hardy | Director
Max Hardy is the Director of Innovative Development London Ltd and leads on the construction and strategic development of the company. Max originally trained as an Engineer and joined the construction industry over 20 years ago working alongside his father and brothers in sites across London and mainland Europe. In 2016, Max launched ID London Ltd with partner Anna.
Anna Zielicka Hardy | Director
Anna Zielicka Hardy is a Director of Innovative Development London Ltd and leads on planning and sustainable builds. Anna comes from a public health background and is a member of the UK’s Public Health Register (UKPHR). She is highly passionate about using her prior healthcare experience to design and create healthy living spaces to promote wellbeing for clients.
Gordon Peter Currie | Project Manager
Peter is the lead Project Manager at Innovative Development London Ltd. Peter pioneered and championed the team that built a new home using eco materials. As a consequence, he now leads on promoting and implementing eco-retrofitting to clients in their homes. Peter is also a trained paramedic and leads on training staff in first aid requirements.
Chelsea Read | Operations Development Manager
Chelsea is the Operations Development Manager at Innovative Development London Ltd. She has over 11 years experience in driving high client service standards and managing teams to achieve optimum results in well known high-end organisations. Chelsea currently consults with the subcontractor teams on a day to day basis and oversees health and safety for the company.
